Forum support is fully aware of your friends faulty advice and they choose to turn their heads. That might because he's a moderator wannabe in cognito
By you trolling and givng demanding information, you try to make it yours which is bad. Might try helping out others instead of trolling and badgering users. Netgear is already aware of your public history. It's telling for sure. It shows everyone just how much you don't know or really care about anything.
I'd advise users not to take VAJim information to heart. it is as he says "false" at best. It's a shame he can't be more helpful towards the community and users. This is not what the community forum is about or here for.
