RBR50v2. RMA timed out AND new RMA due to shipping

I received NETGEAR RMA #3549976 and just found out the item had not shipped back.  How can I get a new RMA since the system canceled out my initial RMA.  Thank you for the help.

    I recommend you keep in contact with NG support. Forums can't help with any kind of high level support such as phone and RMA support. 

    Try contacting a forum moderator as well if you don't seem to get any responce from online ticket support.
