Many thanks for the reply CrimpOn.
I am running FW 2.7.3.22, which is surely newer (judging by the release numbering) than the v2.7.2.24 you suggest? Unless that was just a typo and it is v2.7.3.24, in which case thanks for the heads up - I will give that a crack.
No worries on the terminology - I have worked in IT for 21 years now, so I'm alright poking around systems.

Sorry for the typo. The current version is v2.7.4.24. (fumble fingers today)
