What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
If the ISP modem already has a wifi router built in, This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
The modem maybe using same IP address of 192.168.1.1 which the netgear orbi uses as well. You should be able to factory reset the RBR and walk thru the setup wizard and it should change the IP address to something else if this is the case.

The mobile router already has built in router. You may want to change to AP mode.
Be sure to swap out LAN cables in between the MR1 and RBR. CAT6 is recommended.

thanks for response now at new roadblock
When attempting to log into my ATT Netgear Model: MR1100, using a browser - http://192.168.1.1 or http://attwifimanager, or the Netgear App, using the credentials, located on the inside of the router, of “attadmin”, and password, I can not log into the router. Each login page comes preloaded with user name “admin” and I can not change it. How can I log into the MR1100 if I can’t enter the credentials located inside the router?
