Did you reset the Orbi before you changed it over to a different Internet service? You need to get it to forget any settings it acquired from the FTTC connection. Do that and set it up as new.
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.
The NBN box is working with four solid lights and the Orbi is connected to the NBN box directly.
You say nothing about what this NBN box does or what those four lights are for. If it is a row of LAN ports, then there is a chance that the box is also a router, which is bad news. You don't want two routers on your network for various reasons.
