New to posting here so hopefully it hasn’t already been asked.
I moved to a new house and just brought over my router and it will connect to the internet but speeds are extremely slow. From the Orbi app speed test they are at 600+, but from my laptop they go from 120 down to 0 and then average 20. I was about to just go buy a new router but I stopped by the old house that still has internet set up and plugged in the router and worked perfectly.
Both houses have spectrum internet. I’ve reset the router multiple times and still get the same results. Have it go thru the auto setup and still the same. When I plug in from the modem directly to computer, 600+.
I had my company’s IT on the phone and they were just as stumped as me.
Is there some setting that I’m missing to get this to work?
