RBR850 Sattelite keeps dropping

Question

I have been using RBR850 with one sattelite for about 14 months and all had been going very well. However for the past 4 to 6 weeks the Sattelite keeps dropping connection despite the fact that it shows up with blue light signifying a supposed good signal between Router and Sattelite. I read on posts most recent Firmware had cause problems - my system is currently on Version 4.6.3.16

I have rebooted and synched, Sattelite might stay connect for 24 hours or for as little as a few minutes - I am so so frustrated as I got no help from Netgear

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum.
