If you have issues with the satellite even when the satellite is close to the router, then the issue can either be in the satellite or a general IP issue. The satellite needs both radio connectivity as well as IP connectivity.
What is the make and model of the ISP router to which Orbi router is connected please?
What other devices' types do you have in the network? Any wifi repeaters, any mesh speakers, any devices that can act like DHCP servers,....?
