RBS 50 Suddenly Not Working - MAGENTA
Hi - My RBS50 had been working fine for several months. Its in the basement of my home, on a different floor than my RBR, and both are on updated firmware. It is now constantly losing connection...

Remove the RBS from the list of connected devices on the RBRs web page.
Bring the RBS to the same room as the RBR. Press the sync button on the RBS then RBR, see if it will sync.

Hi thanks (as always!) for your help.
I logged in to orbinet and I see the setallite under Attached Devices, but I dont see the option to Remove it?

Does the RBS appear in the top section of the connected clients list at all?
Turn OFF the RBS then check the RBRs connected clients page.

Yes it appears under Attached Devices. Even after turning it off it still shows under Attached Devices and says "Backhaul Status - Good".
I dont see an option to remove it. I also am not sure what you mean by "Connected Clients" page - is that different than Attached Devices?

Sorry, I meant Attached devices. IF you leave the RBS OFF for a bit, the status should change to disconnected. Once that happens, a Remove button will be seen. Try this, then reboot the RBR, then try the resync. I would try the resync with the RBS in the same room as the RBR.
