RBS on a permanent magenta

Is this happening with the RBS in same room with the RBR?
Yes, both in the same room and in another.
What FW version is loaded on the system?
Has the RBS and RBR been updated at all?- I have been keeping them up to date, the last time I checked (when the RBS20 was also briefly available) they were all on 2.7.4.24.
Sounds like a factory reset on the RBS and RBR is needed and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser.

Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

I would power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute. Factory reset the router and power it off. Power ON the ISP modem and let it sync. Then power ON the router and walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.
Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.

What for the RBS to blink WHITE and maybe turn BLUE as they should normally turn BLUE and connect to the RBRs default SSID name. Then walk thru the setup wizard using a PC and web browser at 192.168.1.1 and the setup wizard should find all RBS.
