RBS Router drops off wifi signal when satellite is powered off
Wifi SSID is lost whenever RBS (Sattelite) is powered off.
also, i noticed that those IP devices near to RBR (router) are having weak wifi connections and upon further investigation, they are connecting to wifi signal coming from the Satellite instead and not through the Router which is nearer.

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-routerIt's up to the wireless devices to pick and choose where they connect too, depending upon signal, quality, range and noise.
You can turn down the power output of the RBRs wifi radios to see if this helps any. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

House is around 1180 sqft, the RBS is placed less than 30 feet radius from RBR.
the connection between RBR and RBS is good, always have blue LED light whenever the devices are sycned to each other.
have tried to lower the power ouput of the RBS and tested that my device near to RBR would lost it connection to wifi even though it placed nearer to RBR.
