RBS shows in backhaul status config sync

What? I didn't get any info from the orbi app other then that the connection indactor was amber. When I went to orbilogin.com and looked at my configurations and status', that's where I saw that the satellite was telling me that the backhaul status was config sync and that my router and satellite were up to date on FW.
I then came to the netgear community to see if there were any solutions to my issues but everything that was suggested I have already done and has not helped with my issue.
I'm getting very furstrated with this product as it never seems to work properly.
