RBS10 only shows solid green light and will not sync
My Orbi RBS 10 only shows a solid green light and never syncs with my orbi RBR10 router. I've tried a number of times to sync it but the light never changes from solid green. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Oh, dear. The RBS10 User Manual mentions on page 12 that the LED will remain solid BLUE when the satellite is connected and working normally. "Green" does not appear to be one of the possibilities.

I have the same issue. Manual may not give give green LED as an option....but my RBS10 is showing it none the less. It won't reset when reset button is pushed, won't sync when SYNC is pushed. LED remains steady green through all of these actions.

If the satellite LED does not start pulsing white when it is first powered on, then it appears to be defective. Netgear provides 90 days of "complimentary support" with a new purchase. (Ha, more like "you paid for 90 days of support")
