RBS20 Headache

Satellite needed a firmware update, attempted to update, cable Orbi no longer recognizes satellite. Tried resetting both, still won’t recognize or find the satellite...even 5 feet away.
Any advice besides a 12 gauge round?

    What FW versions are loaded on the base router and RBS?

    What model Orbi do you have? 

     

    Revert the RBS back to prior working FW.
