RBS20 Power Flashing Red
My RBS20 power is flashing red. The light on top is pulsing white. This happened after the last firmware update. I’ve tried to factory reset the unit numerous times with a paper clip holding down for 30 seconds. I tried the 30/30/30 reset too. I tried a different power adapter.
Any suggestions?

Need to press the reset button for 30 seconds then release, then it send to PUT the command and upload the FW.
I had a problem on a Windows 10 PC where this didn't work to use TFTP, so I switched to a WIndows 7 PC and the TFTP worked.
