RBS20 works only on ethernet and RBS50 has firmware corruption

It started with the satellite being unplugged from the wall. It did not pick up any wifi signals after that and now works only when plugged in via ethernet ( not in an ideal location). Resets did not work. Tried firmware updates on the whole system and something went wrong. Now logging on to orbilogin.net shows a page with 500 - Internal Systems Error. Tried resetting the main device RBS50 but that does not work to change the situation.

Can still access via app. The wired satellite does not show in the network map on the phone app. The Devices tab has a Wired Section that shows devices such as laptops and apple watches connected to it.

Anyway to fix the satellite so that I can move it back to the ideal location?
