RBS40 gigabit upgrade failure
I upgraded to gigabit fiber optic service today and the speed test coming out of the wall is over 900, but when I do a speed test through my Orbi RBS40V-200, the speed maxes out at 300. Is there a se...
Just to be clear, the RBS40V (voice) is a satellite which is typically connected to the router with a WiFi backhaul link. This WiFi link has a maximum theoretical link rate of 866Mbps, which becomes less with distance.

Notice the footnote:
Even if a computer is connected to the RBS40V with Ethernet, data must flow across that WiFi link which is shared with every Orbi device in the system.
What speed is measured when the test computer is connected directly to the router?
