How do I change my email Associated to my account as I no longer have it?

    For this sort of thing, it appears that the most practical way is to send a private message to one of the forum moderators by clicking on their "at name", such as Blanca_O (moderators have that "N" symbol after their login name).  Netgear prefers that customers not post sensitive information on the public forum.  I would include my name, Orbi model and serial number, the email that you no longer have and the email that you want to use.

     

    I do not know how moderators determine that your situation is "legitimate", so there may be some "back and forth" before they are able to fix the issue.
