RBS40V Alexa music function is hit and miss...any help?

Functioning in terms of wifi does the job.  I bought this specific Harmon Kardon for the Alexa feature as I listen to music throughout the day as this is in my office.  When I ask Alexa to play music, it will either do nothing, or it will play maybe 4 or 5 songs, and then completely stop playing.  It is unresponsive to playing the music.  I ask it to play a playlist after it stops, it recognizes my command, but won't play any music.  Is there a fix to this?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  The only thing I am currently doing is changing the language settings in the app and that sometimes temporarily works.
