RBS40V and 2.4Ghz

do you have the voice running in extender mode or orbi mode? 

also, have you tried a simple factory reset and reinstall of the voice?

In orbi mode. Tried several resets..same result

    If you log into the rbs40V using its ip address, what does it show for its status page?

      It shows connected.
