RBS40V is unable to sync with RBR50 after 2.7 firmware update

Netgreat prompted on my mobile app for the 2.7.2.104 upgrade for RBR50.  Since then the satelite won't connect, can't even get to satelite firmware UI because the router won't connect to it.

Help!
