RBS40V Not playing reminders.

A few months ago, our RBS40V Satellite, running V2.6.2.4 firmware, synced to a RBR50 router V2.7.2.104 firmware, stopped playing reminders programmed through the Alexa iOS app. The same reminders are playing without issues on 2 Amazon Echo Dots on the same WiFi network. I've tried setting up the reminder to play on the Orbi Satellite solely, but still don't get the reminders. If you ask the satellite "what are my reminders?" it will list them, but won't play them audibly as scheduled.  Are there any steps to correct this issue on my end, or is a software update in the works?
