RBS40V Syncing
Had a RBS40V that sound went bad. Called Netgear and they RMA'd a replacement.When I received it, I did not have high hopes because it was simply wrapped in Bubbled wrap. I later found out it was a reconditioned unit.
Could not sync it to my existing Orbi mesh system. After spending TWO HOURS on hold, I finally got a Tech on the phone. Raj was unsuccessful in getting the unit to sync. He stated he would consult with another tech and call me back within Two hours. He never called back... Seven hours later i received an email with links to KB articles for things we already tried.
Terrible customer service! Netgear shipped me a defective unit and then they turn their back on me. Unacceptable.
