rbs40v won't connect
Hello, I am trying to connect my rbs40v and i think it is broadcasting a single but it won't show up in the Orbi Network app. Would be nice to activate my amazon account to it.
my system is:
ATT fiber motorola moden hardwired to RBR50 then it is hardwired to a RBS50 and wireless connect to a RBS40V. I am trying to connect a second RBS40V which I could hardwire if I have to.
It would be nice if I can see this in my network app so I can add my amazon account. but for some reason it won't show up. I have completed a power cycle, factory reset, sync it. nothing. The orbi app can't find the satellite for some reason.

After resetting the 40v did you then use the Orbi app to add a new satellite and then get it to search for the 40v?
