RBS50 - Will not sync with Router

What Firmware version is currently loaded on the RBR and RBS? You can check the FW version on the RBS if you reset the RBS, wire connect a pc or laptop to the RBS, wait 5 minutes, the use a web browser to log into the RBS web page at 192.168.1.250. Admin and password to log in.
Is same version of FW loaded on each unit?
Did you try the reset while in the same room as the RBR?
Try removing the RBS entry listed on the RBRs connected clients page. Reboot the RBR, then try to resync.
