RBS50 doesn't fail over to wireless backhaul when disconnecting wired backhaul
I am using an RBR50 with one RBS50 satellite. The wireless backhaul is working well however I've recently moved to a wired backhaul with a switch between the two units. This works well too. I was...

Thanks for the suggestion FURRYe38 however it turns out that the hallway switch being in the middle of the wired backhaul is indeed causing the issue as the RBS50 still thinks it's connected to the RBR50. If I disconnect the RED cable on the diagram, the fail over to wireless backhaul happens within 3 minutes, then when I reconnect it, it switches back to the wired backhaul. But if I disconnect the GREEN cable, nothing happens, nada.
Ideally I'd need to bypass the hallway switch altogether and connect the green cable directly from the RBR50 to the RBS50 but for practical reasons (i.e. cabling in ceiling) I can't so I'll live with this.
As I said at the beginning it's not a big deal as everything is working well but it's good to know that ideally a wired backhaul should be a direct connection.
Thanks!
