Try an ERASE on the satellite, re-move the LAN devices, then set up then re-add the satellite via wireless to the Orbi router. Then reconnect the devices and test to see if the problems still happen. Ensure your using good quality LAN cables, CAT6 recommended.

 

If it still happens, you may need to have NG relace the unit. Ask for a RMA.

Thank you very much.  I'll give it a try and let you know.  I bought my Orbi in Jan '18.  Do you know if they would still replace my device?
