RBS50 No response

Hi Everyone,

Yester one of muy RBS50 got disconected from the main router, this has never happen. So, I reboot the router and still didn't get connected. I rebooted the Satellite and nothing happend. Then I notice the oval ligth at the top didnt show any colors when rebooted. So, I deleted the satellite from the mesh and try to reset it.

The green light at back is lit, a no matter how much time I pressed the reset button it doesn't goes ambar and no color in the ring.

Doesn't anyone has any idea whats is happening?

My Other RBS50 and RBS40V are working flowlessly.
