Hello OwenK,

 

I understand that you are having issues with the firmware version 2.7.3.22. The current RBK50 system firmware version is 2.7.4.24. 

 

Please navigate to the link below for the download file for your RBR50:

    updating firmware seems to have resolved the problem - was more than those 2 web sites, just used those as an example but is working (for now)

    Not sure why if set to automatically update firmware, it had npt updated, but manual update of satellite and then router seems to have fixed it.

        To my knowledge, I did mark it as solved - I accepted the solution and my original post shows solved.  If there is something else for me to do, please advise - this is my first post and have no clue   Thanks
