RBS50 satellites no longer show as devices on Circle

I have Orbi RBR50 with 2 satellites. I had them all connected and was using Circle for the past 8 months.  On the list of  devices in the Circle App for iOS were my two Orbi satellites.  I had them set to "unmanaged." I had to replacce the RBR50 today because it bricked during a factory reset.  Bought a new RBR50, re-set up network and connected to the satelliltes via manual sync.  Network is working, satellites are working. I then reinstalled the Circle App and enabled Circle on the RBR50.  However, now, the RBS50 satellites no longer show up in the list of connected devices on the Circle App --- why would this be?  why would the satellites no longer be listed as devices in Circle?   (I have logged into the router via computer interface and I can see that both satellites are connected, that various devices are connecting to the satellites etc.)    [And, how can I return the RBR50 to Netgear since it is only 8 months old!]
