RBS50 Showing the circle APP

Hi,

 

Having an issue with the RBS50 satiliate, as showing Unmanaged within the circle APP. How long does it take to resolve the issue.

    What firmware version is your satellite on? also have you tried to reboot or re sync the satellite.
