RBS50 Stuck on Rebooting - Cannot update firmware

I have recently purchased the RBK50 and have had no issues getting the Router to work, (it is in APmode). However, it is impossible to get the Satellite to work.  The router has been updated to the latest firmware, but the Satelite keeps flashing white.  I cannot see it on my network using any network tools, nor can I see it in the administration settings of the Orbo (orbilogin.com). Consequently, I have no idea what the IP address of the satellite or its firmware version is and hence cannot update its firmware either.  I have tried several times to do a factory reset of the satellite but to no avail, even pressing reset for 30-30-30.

Can someone please help to get this unit to work?
