Our IT guy installed our Orbi RBK53 system and placed the 2 RBS50 satellite units. UI was not here when he installed it. I cannot find where he put one of the satellite units. Is there a way to ph...
Switch off the Router (RBR unit) so the ring on the Satellite will light magenta. Switch off the lights at home so you can find the magenta light and the “missing” Satellite. :)

Another stupid question. When I turn the router unit back on, does it automatically resync with the satellite units, or do i have to resync it?

It should resync automatically. Just switch it on and wait couple of minutes for the Satellites to resync with the Router.
