How or where Do I get an RMA number?
Netgear have sent me a new Orbi satellite and have requested to return the faulty one. The paperwork's wants an RMA number but they haven't told me one. I've tried calling their help line over the last few days but I've been on hold for over 1 hour.

Alas, we in the "community" have no access to Netgear. The conventional wisdom is to send a private message to one of the forum moderators by clicking on their "forum name", such as Blanca_O or Dustin_V Include pertinent information to allow them to talk to Netgear about the issue. Netgear would rather people NOT post anything "personal" on a public forum, such as actual names, serial numbers, case numbers, etc.
