RBS50K50 & RBS50

Hello, I just have purchased an ORBI RBS50. The setup and sync was succesful, however I'm not able to access the admin site as suggested:

orbilogin.com, user: admin, password: password. When I click cancel and enter the serial number, it takes me to security questions which I have surely never setup myself. Therefore I'm unable to reach the admin site right now.

How would it be possible to reset the user credentials to the default?

    To reset the credentials you need to factory reset the unit by holding the reset for 10+ seconds you will have to set up your router again if you do this.
