RBS50v2 firmware update

I'm trying to update the firmware to the latest one, manually. But even though I get no error messages it just stays on the old firmware. Updated RBR50 without issues

    I typically update satellite firmware by connecting directly to the IP of the satellite (same login credentials as the router).

    Then select Firmware Update (bottom menu item).
