RBS50v2. No Internet connection when trying to connect to the wifi
OK, getting annoyed now. I have had product for a year now, Warranty JUST expired. And now my ORBI does not want to work!
I have reset to factory settings, SEVERAL times, even uninstalled/reinstalled app. When attempting to connect my phone to the the ORBI network, it says it cannot connect, then no internet connection. My Main router with my SP is working properly, allowing me work off my laptop within same room. The ethernet cable was switched out, so i know that is not the issue.
Any help is not apprciated. Also, I am not tech savy.

what modem/gateway do you have?
What firmware is on the router?
Are you able to access the router with a direct connection to the router (wired)?
