RBS50Y isn't working anymore after 17 months of purchase

I'm in Indonesia I bought Orbi Outdoor Satellite RBS50Y in July 2019 with a year of warranty, I place it on the balcony under the roof.   it completly disconnected from the router since yesterday ...

You might try opening the case to see if there is water inside.  Although it has been sheltered from rain, there could be high humidity that has caused condensation inside? (Have "nothing to lose" since it is totally out of warranty.)
