Thank you very much for this. I hadn’t appreciated that the RBS50Y only works in extender mode rather than Orbi / Mesh Mode. I have therefore looked further into the NETGEAR AX1800 outdoor satellite. The documents state that it is ‘Business class WiFi based on next generation 802.11ax WiFi 6 technology on both 5.0GHz and 2.4GHz bands. (Backward compatible to 802.11b/g/ n/a/ac).’ My question is, being backwards compatible, would this connect via Wi-Fi and extend or would it require a LAN/Ethernet physical connection? Thank you.
