We support Daisy Chain, which enables a Satellite to connect to another Satellite since Rel 2.0. This applies to all Orbi Satellites, not just Outdoor Orbi.

Since the 2.0 firmware now allows daisy-chaining of the outdoor AP's, can you give an approximate linear range between 1) an AC3000 interior unit mounted at a double-pane window and an RBS50Y unit; 2) between two RBS50Y units with line-of-sight, and no vegetation interference (similar to that referenced in your promotional animation on the website). I understand there is some variability due to other ambient conditions, including temp and humidity. I would like to use the RBS50Y units primarily to connect wireless 2.4GHz cameras at outbuildings, 150-200' away from the main house and each other.

Orbi systems seem to like starting at about 30 feet. Not sure how outdoor units are designed. I persume they are similar. 100-200 feet maybe too far.
