RBS750 continually drops connection

We have an RBR/RBS750 system (Router + 2 statellites). The satellites seem to be continually dropping the connection. These drops happen frequently, but are short in duration (30s-1min).

Firmware version is: V4.6.5.14_2.0.54

Settings -

AX disabled for 2.4

2.4 GHz channel - 11

5GHz channel - 40

CTS/RTS Threshold is set to 2347 for both 2.4 and 5

One of the satellites also shows backhaul status as poor, but I'm not sure if this is related or could be causing this.

ASK:

1. Solution to the intermitted wi-fi drops

2. Solution to the poor back haul status

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum.
