RBW30 looses connection to RBS20

that'd be the biggest issue. If the walls are brick concrete, usually the floors are some type of metal/concrete as well.
Concrete and brick are the 2 best blockers of wifi. You might not have a good option for a wireless backhaul because of this. Many resort to a wired backhaul using ethernet, powerline, or moca adapters.
It'd also be why its using the 2.4ghz for backhaul as it penetrates better. Sadly its more sensitive to interference.
