RBW30 Shows Disconnected
When I look atg the admin console I show my RBW30 as disconnected, even though I know it is working. Why is this happening and is there a way to resolve this? I have rebooted the RBW30 several times ...

Does "know it is working" mean that the Attached Devices page shows devices connected to this satellite?
- stevefxpMar 19, 2020ApprenticeIn reality I do not really know if it is broadcasting...I see it lit up with blue light, assumed it was connected.
I cannot delete this either, which is disconcerting. I may remove it all together and then try to sync it again.- CrimpOnMar 19, 2020Guru - Experienced User

I do not understand "cannot delete". On the Attached Devices page where it shows the satellite Disconnected, just click on "Remove" and then confirm. Or, is there a difference between "delete" and "remove"?

I cannot delete it from the admin page. I hit the Delete button but it never deletes. I tried to sync it back but no go. It is still showing as disconnected.
I am going to remove the RBW30 for the evening and see what happens. I am also going to pickup a used RBS50 and remove the RBW30 all together. I have made some cabling changes in my home and can do another RBS50 with a dedicated ethernet backhaul to the router.
