RBW30 will not update firmward

What happens if you change .chk to .img in the file name?
What browser are you using? Try IE11 or FF browser to see if problem still happens. Try a factory reset on the Satellite and resync then use a wired ethernet cable connected to the back of the satellite with a PC and try to manually up date the FW there.
If nothing works, I would contact NG support.

I have checked and redownloaded, and that is not in the suffix. please see screenshot and advise how to update these satellites.
