RBW30
Hi My RBW 30 satellite doesn't seem to connect to the main Orbi wifi router. They both flash white, but the satellite never seems to connect. How do i fix this? Thanks

Are you pressing the sync button on the RBW and RBR or using the Orbi app to add the RBW?
Are you doing this with the RBW in the same room as the RBR?
Glad you wrote this. Having exactly the same issues here.
Background:
I received the router RBR40 and set it up without the satellite RBW30, because I wanted to add it later. After the setup of RBR40 it was suggested to update the firmware, which I did. After that I tried to add the RBW30, which flashes white the whole day without connecting. So I tried factory resetting the RBW30 (press the reset button for 10+ seconds), but the yellow ring never shows up. Also no reaction when pressing the sync button.
I tried this next the RBR40. The RBR40 works perfectly fine, but without the RBW30 working it is useless.
Another issue with the RBW30 is that most of times it will not start up or show any sign after plugged in to power.
PeteintheHeightAre you able to see at least the flashing light when plugged in? If you know the firmware of your satellite maybe a downgrade of the firmware of the router helps if they are different? See Firmware RBR40.
