400 Bad request after update 2.3.5.32
Why do I always run into some error when I update firmware on these devices? I went through hair ripping frustration last time with no internet connection, solving the solution with a manual update. ...

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Do you have Circle or Armor enabled on the RBR?
v35 version as applied from the RBRs web page seen there? I don't see v35 FW being available on NGs download site. Hmmmm
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

It is firmware version 2.3.5.32. My modem is an Arris TM3402A. I've tried disabling what you recommended above with no success. I don't have circle, or armor enabled. I use a wifi analyzer and am using a channel that is unoccupied by any neighbors.

Did you get the FW from the FW update section of your RBR? Was it auto pushed or did you have it update upon seeing that there was an upate available?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update? YOu might do this and also power OFF the ISP modem for 30 seconds then back on. Then walk thru the setup wizard with a wire connected PC and web browser at 192.168.1.1 or orbilogin.com

I've actually performed a complete reset several times. I manually push the firmware update through with the img files downloaded from netgear. I've did also power cycle my modem after reset.- FURRYe38Mar 30, 2020Guru - Experienced User
You might downgrade to v30. I see v32 on NGs support site. Seems like you maybe having problems on v32 and need to downgrade to v30...
