That worked for me. The device I had connection issues with was a Canon g3260 printer. It worked for years and then one day I just couldn't print anymore. The printer showed as connected to my network and on the same SSID as my Macbook but my Macbook "couldn't find the printer".
Once I went into the router (Orbi) settings and changed the 2.4 Channel for the SSID from 'Auto" to 1, it worked!
Just wanted to say thanks 🙌 and post this so it might help Canon printer users in the future.
