Chane email address associated with orbi
My ex moved out and the account is under his email address. How do i change the email address or do i need to factory reset everything?

May I know the exact model number of your Orbi device?
You will need to contact the NETGEAR support team so they can change the email address where the device is registered. They will require proof of purchase so they can process it. You may contact them by accessing this link.
