I have the Orbi RBR50 and am experiencing the same, when I switch to my T-Mobile Home (redundant/backup) WiFi network, I can connect again immediately, switch back to Orbi and I can't get to the webs...
I am testing, simply "forgetting" the WiFi connection and reconnecting to the SSID, to see if it helps. As soon as I did so, I was able to reach websites, I'll have to give it a few days to see if the problem recurs.
