I lost the satellite connection. I downloaded the correct RBS50 firmware, but I don't know how to connect the satellite to the router. It doesn't synchronize, even after 2 days of resets and attempts. So It doesn't appear on the Orbi network page and on the manual update page. I tried connecting the router and the satellite with cable, no results and no synchronization. Is there any way to connect the satellite so I can make the firmware update?

Wire connect 1 PC to the back of the RBS. Factory reset the RBS, wait about 5 minutes.
